Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely delivery of the project by planning and monitoring execution of site activities.
  • Maintaining quality as per quality standards
  • Planning, implementation and reviewing safety and security protocol at the site
  • Completing each activity as per GFC drawings within budget and timelines
  • Coordinating with planning, purchase and accounts departments in head office for smooth execution of construction activities at site
  • Site office administration and control
  • Preparing progress report (Targeted vs. Achieved) on daily, fortnightly and monthly basis and taking corrective actions as needed
  • Organizing and attending daily toolbox meetings at the site
  • Attending weekly programs /review meetings with contractors and issue MOMs
  • Certification of all site related bills and ensuring timely payment of bills

  • Optimise existing project designs.
